Leasing management
Leasing management handles the full lifecycle of equipment rental agreements — from drafting a contract and deploying units to a customer site, through recurring service visits, all the way to suspension or termination. It gives your team a centralised place to track what equipment is out in the field, who is responsible for each account, and when the next service visit is due.
Agreement lifecycle
- Draft — the agreement has been created but not yet activated. Units can be added or removed freely.
- Active — units have been issued from inventory and deployed to the customer site. A recurring visit schedule is running.
- Suspended — service visits are paused (e.g. due to non-payment), but units remain at the customer site.
- Terminated — the agreement has ended. No further visits are scheduled.
Setup and configuration
Establish the numbering rules and reusable templates before creating agreements.
