This page describes how to ask the AI Agent "how do I do X" questions about using the system, as opposed to questions about your own data (see Insights and inquiries). It is a living document: it is updated as the underlying documentation search grows to cover more of the system.

Ask the agent how to complete a task anywhere in the system, and it searches the published user guides for the relevant page and answers directly, in your own language, with a link back to the full guide for anything it didn't cover.

"How do we create an inventory item?" "شو طريقة انشاء مادة بالمخزون؟" "Comment configure-t-on un groupe de taxe ?"

You can ask in English, Arabic, or French regardless of which language the underlying guide is written in today - the agent translates and composes its answer in whatever language you asked in, and still links you to the source page.

Every answer that comes from a guide includes a Read more link to that page on the published documentation site, so you can open the full guide - including any related pages it links to - for anything the agent's summary left out.

Documentation help is not restricted by the same permissions as financial data questions (see Insights and inquiries) - it draws only from user guides that are already publicly published, so anyone who can talk to the agent can ask it how to use any part of the system.
